Abstract Centre closes on 6th August 2011 midnight
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING NOTES BEFORE PROCEEDING
Only members of the Neurological Society of India with no dues to the Society can
submit abstracts for the Annual Conference.
Members of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons, USA who wish to submit an abstract
for 2010 Annual Conference may please contact the Secretary (secretary@neurosocietyindia.org)
to get username and password.
You will need a Username and Password to proceed. Please note that the Presenter
must have this information. This is the same as your member’s Username and Password
which you obtained earlier from the Webmaster (webmaster@neurosocietyindia.org).
If you do not have the same, please contact the Webmaster and come back when you
have obtained the Username and Password. DO NOT USE THE USERNAME AND PASSWORD OF
ANY OF THE CO-PRESENTERS.
Please follow these simple instructions to submit your abstract.
Step 1: Presenter information
The Presenter must be a member of NSI. Co-presenters need not be members of NSI.
Step 2: Abstract content
Abstract must have the following sub-headings: Objectives, Methods, Results and
Conclusions (maximum of 250 words). Abstracts without these sub-headings will not
be accepted except for History of Neurosciences section. You can cut and paste the
abstract from a Word file.
Step 3: Disclosure
Please disclose any conflict of interest here.
Step 4: Choose presentation category
Please note that one presenter can only submit one abstract. The Abstract Centre
will only accept a second abstract if one abstract is in the History of Neurosciences
or Posters category. The Scientific Committee will decide the final allocation of
the paper to a particular category.
After you Submit your abstract you will receive a confirmation of your abstract
having been successfully saved in the Centre. You can come back and Edit your abstract
by logging onto the Abstract Centre at any time till 12 midnight of 6th August 2011
. After that you cannot access your abstract.
Note: Submission of abstracts for Prize papers closes on 6th August 2011.
Since this is the first time that the NSI has started an online abstract submission
centre, it is possible that there will be technical glitches and difficulties. In
case of any such difficulty, please contact
